Yes, we do offer delivery service within Lagos and Abuja. For locations outside these states, we engage independent haulage companies that are quite affordable and do deliver to the convinence of your house or office. You will be notified on arrival.

We offer manufacturer defect warranty for 2 years. After the warranty period, we encourage our customers to still reach out to us, should they have any defect aside normal wear and tear as a result of years of usage. The essence is also to advise them on how to salvage their product rather than buy new ones.

In Direct Delivery orders: typically around 7 business days after purchase, you will receive a message on the status of your order and our delivery service team will contact you and schedule a delivery time at your convenience. They will also call you the day before delivery to confirm the delivery time and date further.

Our Return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
